SHIPPING

All Ready-To-Ship items are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. For Made-To-Order pieces, please allow 9-12 weeks for delivery, as these are handcrafted in Italy with care and precision. Estimated lead times can be found on each product page.

We offer free shipping on all orders within North America.

For international orders: Please note that all shipments are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

By placing an international order, you agree to cover any applicable charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Regrettably, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance or assume responsibility for them. If duties and taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE

We gladly offer one exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (e.g., no creases or visible wear on footwear) and returned in their original packaging.

Once returned item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued. Customers may then use this credit to place a new order for the desired item.

Please note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Returns are free of charge. You may choose a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that final sale items are non-returnable, and sale items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging and be shipped using the return label provided by OLEN. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that show signs of wear, have been altered, or if the account has been flagged for excessive return activity.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping costs will be waved if you opt for a store credit refund. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that duties and taxes are not refundable for returns.
